The association will be incorporated at the conclusion of the July 15, 2004 inaugural meeting in Nice, France. It the intention of IDEA OASIS to be formed as a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Organization under New York State Law. All Mission Statements, Bylaws, Membership Fees, etc. at this time are proposed and require ratification by the Board of Directors, who will be elected at the July 15th meeting.
